Nothing extravagant

Lunch is a middle meal. So it's better to keep it simple. For lunch I had pasta with fresh pesto and a little bit of parmesan cheese grated on top. Healthy, organic and fresh.

Start the day in a healthy way

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping it wont help with weight loss. Breakfast is important to start you up and get you ready for the day. Skipping breakfast will only slow down your metabolism. Eat healthy and exercise !


getting fit for summer

The weather is finally starting to clear up and so I have decided it is time to take action ! I have initiated the process of getting fit for summer. I find starting is always the hardest and once you have started, continuing is easier.

I have started with a fitness video. I find it very easy and helpful to begin this way and I hope to see some results in the weeks to come !
