Lunch is a middle meal. So it's better to keep it simple. For lunch I had pasta with fresh pesto and a little bit of parmesan cheese grated on top. Healthy, organic and fresh.

Start the day in a healthy way
getting fit for summer
The weather is finally starting to clear up and so I have decided it is time to take action ! I have initiated the process of getting fit for summer. I find starting is always the hardest and once you have started, continuing is easier.
I have started with a fitness video. I find it very easy and helpful to begin this way and I hope to see some results in the weeks to come !
